Thank you for becoming a customer of www.davidglyndaviesartist.com. These notes set out my terms and conditions.
Terms and Conditions
www.davidglyndaviesartist.com is to provide you after purchase is completed with the following:
physical copies of purchased artworks (appropriately wrapped), to the mailing address supplied by you ( www.davidglyndaviesartist.com does not accept responsibility for inaccurate addressing of your nominated postal address, please make sure you give accurate details for your delivery), digital downloads of books and art related products to your nominated email account (www.davidglyndaviesartist.com does not take responsibility for inaccurate email addresses supplied by you. Please make sure you give accurate details for you digital delivery).
Responsibilities
www.davidglyndaviesartist.com will ensure that all products/services are provided in accordance with agreed timeframe (as noted next to products displayed) and to a professional standard. All physical products will be sent via Australia Post in sold tubular packaging with tissue and bubble wrap to ensure safe delivery. Tracking numbers will be be provided on request.
Clients are required to arrange for reasonable access by us to relevant individuals and documents, and shall be responsible for both the completeness and accuracy of the information supplied to us.
Period of Engagement
This engagement will start upon acceptance of the terms of engagement by (Insert customer name here) as noted by execution of this letter (insert completion date if relevant).
Confidentiality
In conducting this engagement, information acquired by us in the course of the engagement is subject to strict confidentiality requirements. That information will not be disclosed by us to other parties except as required or allowed for by law, or with your express consent.
Estimated Pricing
Unless otherwise stated in writing, any estimates which we provide to you of our anticipated fees, disbursements and charges for any (insert either the words products or services here) are only indicative of the amounts you can expect to be charged. Estimates are not quotes and are not binding on us.
Terms of Trade
The terms of payment are strictly from the website shopping cart by credit card (Visa/ Master Card) or Paypal. See Privacy Statement for details around disclosure of personal information. An itemised account of all charges, costs will be provided on the invoice. Terms of trade must be agreed to prior to commencement of sales transactions between www.davidglyndaviesartist.com and you.

Returns Policy
Thanks for shopping with www.davidglyndaviesartist.com. If you are not entirely satisfied with you purchase, you may return the item for a full refund. Please read the following below for conditions of returns.
Returns
You have 30 business days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, you item must be undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. I will notify you immediately on the eligibility of your refund after inspecting the item.
If you return is approved, I will refund you immediately by credit card, Paypal or your original method of payment. You will receive the payment within a number of days depending on your issuers policies and procedures.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return the item. All items should be returned to 4 Rix Street, Glen Iris, Victoria, Australia, 3146. If you receive a refund, your shipping costs will be refunded as well. Shipping costs will not be refunded where items have been damaged or not returned in strong packaging to ensure safe return delivery. Where possible please use the original packaging as this will ensure safe return delivery.

Delivery Policy
All my fine art prints are sent via Australia Post on the first working day after order is purchased. Australia (all states), please allow up to 7 working days for your artwork to arrive. Worldwide, please allow 14 to 21 working days for your artwork to arrive. Thank you.
